About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and early stage Web3 company as our first business hire. We are at the beginning of a growth phase and are seeking a highly strategic and operationally excellent individual to grow and execute on our sales funnel. You will drive operational rigor, manage multiple customer relationships, and collaborate closely with product and engineering to ensure we are delivering impactful solutions to our customers. You will gain exposure to running a startup day-to-day: developing our go-to-market strategy, executing on a customer pipeline, and managing a multi stakeholder relationships with businesses. About you:

  • You have previous experience leading complex, strategic sales cycles with a long duration (multiple months).
  • You are great at conducting customer interviews and can generate broader insights from customer conversations.
  • You have 5+ years of full-time work experience in business development, sales, or partnerships function.
  • You are familiar with and understand the entire sales cycle, and can own a process end-to-end as we grow.
  • Experience scaling a company and closing meaningful customer relationships or developing strategies to accomplish this.
  • Outstanding writing skills and the ability to convey messages succinctly and thoroughly to various kinds of audiences
  • You have great analytical skills (i.e can develop meaningful sales KPIs)
  • Experience with a CRM (i.e Hubspot or Salesforce) and with a tech work management platform (jira/confluence, asana, smartsheets etc.)
  • Prior experience or demonstrated interest in crypto / blockchain / fintech is a plus but is not required
