Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and enhance our brand presence
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data management
• Organize and facilitate internal and external communications, enhancing transparency and collaboration
• Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and integrity
• Oversee the daily operations of the NYC office, ensuring a productive and engaging work environment
• Coordinate office logistics and manage relations with vendors and service providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work out of NYC office
• Experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a tech or startup environment
• Understanding of current marketing trends and strategies
• Knowledgeable of cryptocurrency and AI sectors
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

This is a full time role with a salary of 75k USD per year + benefits
