We are a US based, VC backed DeFi protocol (Original protocol built in-house, no copy/forky :-) )
Team has been in crypto from the beginning (we mined Bitcoin, participated in Ethereum crowdsale and then "DeFi"), and now is trying to change the world.

- Think that Crypto is a force for good. You are "local" not a "tourist"
- Want to join a small team and do your best work
- Understand the upside and the risks of combining startup x DeFi
- Already acquired some good engineering practices (2+ years of experience)
