HR Operations Generalist

The Role:

Hiring and retaining the best people are key to our success. HR Operations is the engine that enables success for employees, managers, and internal partners at Autograph. We want to make it easy for our employees to work at Autograph. We’re looking for an HR Operations Generalist to help us reach that goal. This person will be part of the team that ensures smooth, efficient, and compliant HR systems, processes, and employee lifecycle events; and will support data integrity and development of our HR Systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting, driving, and delivering HR transactional activities while delivering continuous improvement initiatives and providing best-fit HR service
  • Managing employee information administration, including handling our filing systems, preparing offer letters and addenda
  • Providing an excellent employee experience from onboarding to offboarding, and responding to stakeholder queries (employees, managers, HR team)
  • Communicating across the org to ensure employees have available resources and information they need to best perform their job
  • Utilizing and auditing our HR information systems to ensure absolute data integrity; and supporting and suggesting fixes and improvements in those environments
  • QA of our HR System is also of key importance and you will be essential in ensuring that we have complete data integrity through processing HR transactions, testing of system changes, report generation, and analyzing data workflows for process improvement opportunities
  • Proactively work with HR provider to ensure company is following employment guidelines, filing appropriate documentation and following state and federal laws
  • Liaising with our payroll team to deliver accurate and timely payroll information changes for bi-monthly and off-cycle payroll. Constantly reviewing how and what information we deliver and by what means
  • Liaise with Head of FP&A to confirm information included in budget and forecasts
  • Knowledge of benefit offerings and ability to answer general questions or direct employees to resources needed to understand them. Review and research benefit offerings of comparable companies to ensure competitive practices
  • Communicate with third party HR providers to ensure available resources are utilized to the full extent provided to offer employees the most comprehensive experience and knowledge of what is available to them i.e. benefit specialists, extended training, support resources, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HR Operations is your thing! You will thrive in a role that involves transactional and operational tasks and have experience of working in an operational HR role ideally within a very fast-paced, international organization
  • You are highly motivated and self-managing, with excellent time management and interpersonal skills
  • You have a high level of attention to detail and strive for 100% data accuracy and integrity in everything you do.
  • You are driven by providing a high level of customer service and success, and always want to go the extra mile to ensure HR does the best job possible for our stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Entertainment and Technology industry experience
  • Knowledge of or interest in the NFT space
  • Knowledge of interest in blockchain and cryptocurrencies
