Our team are veterans in the fields of online games, social games and crypto from EA, Epic Games,Riot, Blizzard, Sony, EA and Decentraland. OPPORTUNITY
As a Sr Producer, you will contribute to the design, development and liveops management of a brand new IP. Our first game, Big Time, is a PvE multiplayer ARPG that is launching in early access in April. This is a role for a scrappy and hands-on individual who excels in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a full-time, remote position that can be done from anywhere in the world.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide the creation and delivery of a “AAA” game world experience through its early access launch and beyond.
- Manage Art, Design, Audio and UI teams to deliver a high quality experience.
- Work closely with our creative teams to shape our processes and pipelines as we scale up the company.
- Mentor and grow team members through direct feedback and career growth plans.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years minimum hands-on experience in the entertainment industry as a producer or project manager.
- Have shipped 2+ games or consumer internet products.
- Experience with live team operations or software as a service.
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver results in a highly dynamic environment.
- Must love games!
DESIRABLE
- Experience working with RPG and online multiplayer games.
- Experience with JIRA or similar software.
- Experience working on a distributed team spread across several time zones (From Hawaii to Brazil).
