Reauty, our first mobile application, is a beauty review platform with features to engage every beauty seeker. We created Reauty to resolve the concerns of beauty users, such as the lack of transparency, lack of information, and lack of trust in the brands. Through Reauty, we have created a safe space that encompasses authenticity, community, and fun innovations that blend beauty and technology.

About the Role

This is a senior role which requires 100% remote work!

Blingy Lab is looking for a passionate and experienced Web3 Community Management Genius to join our team!

As a Community Manager, you'll be expected to:

  • Have high levels of fluency working with and managing web3 communities through Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other web 2 social channels when appropriate (ex. Instagram)
  • Work with Blingymarketing experts to create Community Strategies, including but not limited to desired community personas, desired actions, and best methodologies to unlock further engagement
  • Create seamless and enjoyable onboarding flows for new community members to easily plug into new communities.
  • Help set up, build, and maintain Knowledge databases for communities to learn more about projects, onboard, and answer any questions.
  • Set up and maintain Bounty Boards for Myosin clients, as well as other common web3 community engagement tactics, including giveaways, whitelist collabs, and partnership activations.
  • Coordinate with client marketing, product, and exec teams to adjust and effectively communicate and engage with the community as the project evolves over time.

  • Project evaluation and smart contract review/auditing
  • Write or review code for various applications
  • Prioritizing software development projects, setting timelines, and progress management
  • Define new standards and smart contract integrations
  • Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons)
