Job Description
- This is a 24x6 customer support team. Team members will be on rotation shift., covering support channels across, BNB Forum, Telegram group and Discord.
- Strong understanding of BNB Chain ecosystem, including BSC, opBNB and BNB Greenfield
- Hands on technical support. Analyst issue and provide solutions and suggestions.
- Deliver a stellar customer experience(i.e. SLA)
- Understand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals
- Seek product feedback and track usage/performance, driving our product roadmap
- Build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Partner with internal teams to drive long term solutions / product development decisions
- Work in a quick changing environment
Qualifications
- Candidate needs to be in the EU/US time zone.
- Excellent English in both speaking and writing. (Mandarin would be a plus).
- Min 1+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Technical degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent people skills to monitor.
- Interest in blockchain and crypto technologies.
- Experience with blockchain is a must.
