Job Description

  • This is a 24x6 customer support team. Team members will be on rotation shift., covering support channels across, BNB Forum, Telegram group and Discord. 
  • Strong understanding of BNB Chain ecosystem, including BSC, opBNB and BNB Greenfield
  • Hands on technical support. Analyst issue and provide solutions and suggestions. 
  • Deliver a stellar customer experience(i.e. SLA)
  • Understand customer needs and how to meet unique challenges and goals
  • Seek product feedback and track usage/performance, driving our product roadmap
  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Partner with internal teams to drive long term solutions / product development decisions
  • Work in a quick changing environment


Qualifications

  • Candidate needs to be in the EU/US time zone. 
  • Excellent English in both speaking and writing. (Mandarin would be a plus).
  • Min 1+ years of experience in a technical support role. 
  • Technical degree
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent people skills to monitor. 
  • Interest in blockchain and crypto technologies.
  • Experience with blockchain is a must.
