About the team:
The Director, Growth Marketing will be a key leadership role within the Marketing team. We’re looking for an experienced marketing leader who knows how to leverage Brand and Performance Marketing to drive sustainable business growth. You will lead the strategy and execution of all paid marketing channels at Bubble with a substantial budget, high-visibility partnerships, and aggressive growth targets. You should be equally comfortable analyzing performance data and setting high-level strategy across paid & organic marketing levers.
As Bubble’s first Director of Growth, you will:
- Grow and lead a high performing team of growth marketers
- Own revenue growth targets
- Identify growth opportunities and drive channel optimization, building a culture of innovation and hypothesis-driven experimentation
- Manage all of Bubble’s paid acquisition channels
- Lead strategy and execution of our lifecycle marketing efforts
- Collaborate with Product to facilitate product growth
- Work closely with Analytics and Finance to optimize attribution methodologies, model and forecast ROI, monitor and communicate performance to executive leadership, and drive marketing measurement optimization
- Own total working media budget, marketing forecasting, and delivery against key business metrics
About You:
Here are some skills, experiences and attributes that would make someone successful in this role:
- 8+ years’ experience in growth marketing at fast growing SaaS technology companies
- Deep expertise leveraging a portfolio of marketing channels and tactics (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, TV, Video, Audio, Mobile, Affiliate, Partnerships, etc) to run effective always-on media and cross-channel campaigns
- Proven ability to manage budgets and drive efficient revenue growth working in-house at a high-growth consumer brand
- Experience leading and managing a team
- You’re technical, analytical, and strategic; You know when to be data driven, while still generating creative and innovative ideas and solutions
- Ability to make thoughtful, actionable recommendations under minimal structure, and quickly build consensus with senior level internal and external stakeholders
- Ambitious, high energy, and persistent
- SaaS or no-code experience a big plus
