The Challenge
As a Senior Analyst at Change your role can span across multiple parts of the company especially during early days: from supporting product and marketing organizations to co-driving consolidation and exposure of financial information. You will help us grow our analytical capability and support data driven decision making across these functions and support stakeholders with data, modeling, data investigation and getting knowledge out of it. We can jointly decide what will be your first focus areas and later you will be driving prioritization.

What you’ll be doing
- Co-authoring our data landscape architecture together with Tech and key stakeholders
- Support introduction, usage and spread across teams BI tools
- Develop and educate others on data hygiene, data practices and patterns
- Collaborating with engineering teams and product managers on understanding the product data and influencing data optimization at source
- Hands on driving initial data logic for Finance, Marketing to support these functions
- Designing, explaining and constantly mature very creative financial models which are supposed to allow us making smart business decisions
- Co-author raw and analytical data pipelines together with data engineers, other analysts
- Directly supporting key stakeholders with data, information and insights
- Drive data accessibility on a self-serve basis
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience with typical financial reports and understanding of their meaning
- Data presentational skills (storytelling)
- Advanced SQL
- Problem solving via digging into data
- BI tools (Looker, Tableau or equivalent)
- Python (at least entry level)
Nice to have
- Experience working with product growth and/or financial data
- Experience with forecasting and modeling
- Startup experience
- Directly leading other analysts
