We are looking for a Talent Intelligence Leader to define, create and drive our talent and recruiting strategies based on market intelligence and data.
In this role you’ll find yourself partnering directly with executives and leadership across the organization to inform and educate them on talent trends and market data that will positively influence business decisions. You will also provide talent strategies to generate top talent globally. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Conduct talent intelligence and market research and analysis for various roles, sectors and regions.
- Continuously improve and maintain accurate talent and market data to influence hiring and talent decisions.
- Lead key talent initiatives in the Crypto and Blockchain space.
- Integrate as a leader within the Talent team and provide first rate services to the business and talent teams.
- Understand and report on talent supply and demand, compensation trends and the competitive talent landscape in general.
- Research and provide guidance regarding candidate pipeline channels tools across roles and regions.
- Drive new and innovative passive talent sourcing strategies.
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 7+ years direct experience consulting, research, data analysis.
- Clear understanding of recruiting and hiring processes and practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience using data and talent insights to influence decisions that impact the business.
