The Coinbase Talent Programs team provides both strategic and operational support to Coinbase’s recruiting team by developing programs that help the company hire top talent in an efficient and thoughtful way. By applying analytical and operational rigor to how we recruit, this team plays a central role in Coinbase’s ability to scale.
During this period of hypergrowth, we are focused on balancing quality and speed while ensuring our hiring practices identify top talent quickly and effectively. Using a high level of autonomy and organization, the Senior Program Manager will assist our Head of Global Technical Recruiting to scale our team, measure hiring progress, and deliver results. This role will have tremendous visibility across the entire technical organization, with an opportunity to shape the future of how the company hires.
What you'll be doing:
As a Senior Talent Program Manager, you will play a key operational role in Coinbase’s global technical recruiting strategy. You will do this by:
- Leading, coordinating and driving day to day progress of key deliverables across the global technical recruiting function
- Managing parallel work streams across all technical functions to measure progress, identify blockers, and ensure delivery of hiring results
- Establishing a framework for cross-team collaboration/communication for headcount planning and team matching
- Presenting analysis and making recommendations based on recruiting data to inform resource allocation
- Contributing to international expansion efforts, including but not limited to RPO, Agency, and contractor hiring
The Talent Programs Team works primarily in Jira, Looker, Greenhouse, Workday, and Google Suite.
