About the role:

Mesh seeks a PeopleOps Lead with 4+ years of experience to lead administration and to operationalize the Mesh and Tachyon PeopleOps processes. This role is an opportunity to own HRIS systems as well as PeopleOps reporting and employee engagement analytics in alignment with the evolving needs of the Mesh and Tachyon business.

Reporting directly to the Mesh Head of People, the PeopleOps Lead will be responsible for owning and maintaining data accuracy in the HRIS, onboarding/offboarding employees with our domestic and global PEOs, and evaluating new tools and human-centered solutions as we grow. This role will have exposure to and may assist in supporting various portfolio companies within Mesh and the Tachyon alumni network.

The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented, with demonstrated project management skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment. Previous experience in the blockchain space is not required, but the candidate should have a deep passion and enthusiasm for Web3 and blockchain technology.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Primary point of contact for employee payroll and company sponsored benefits
• Support onboarding and offboarding efforts in coordination with Recruiting, Legal, and IT teams
• Evaluate current tools and employee processes with an eye to a decentralized future state
• Create actionable reporting tied to market changes regarding competitive compensation, employee benefits, and employee experience
• Work in partnership with legal and finance on employee related projects

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate has:

• 4+ years experience in a People Operations role, with admin HRIS responsibilities
• Experience managing employee benefits vendors, including health, equity, and 401k programs
• A passion for data accuracy and people analytics
• Deep familiarity with Excel, Slack integrations, GSuite
• Team mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to easily adapt to changing priorities and directions
