Who are you?
We seek a proactive and highly motivated Sales and Business Development Specialist to propel our growth and be an invaluable relationship-building asset. As our ambassador for crypto and blockchain events, your core focus will be lead generation, primarily growing pipelines for Decent’s software development agency and venture protocols like Fractal and Lumen. You will utilize direct outbound strategies through Twitter, LinkedIn, and email to generate quality leads and manage these leads to a sales/pitch opportunity. Your expertise in web3, privacy products such as zero-knowledge proofs, DAO governance and tooling, and institutional DeFi lending will make you a formidable asset to our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Attend industry events and build relationships with potential partners and customers.
- Execute outbound lead generation strategies through Twitter, LinkedIn, and email.
- Qualify leads and identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
- Nurture relationships with leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Close deals and generate revenue for Decent DAO.
- Maintain accurate sales data within Pipedrive and use reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and execute sales strategies that are aligned with Decent DAO's overall business goals.
- Continually update your knowledge of our technology offerings, industry trends, and competitor products.
Requirements
- Be decent
- 3+ years of experience in BD or sales, especially in relationship management
- A strong crypto network, including protocols and liquidity providers
- Deep knowledge of the Web3 ecosystem
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a lifelong learner
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies
- Meticulous attention to detail, with strong organizational and project management skills
- Adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast-paced organization
Scope and Compensation
This is a full-time role. You will be compensated with a Blended Base + Commission in USDC, a crypto stablecoin.
