ROLE
- Driving the roadmap, defining actions, risks and outcomes, prioritising tasks and managing the team’s resources, and identifying project risks, constraints, and potential blockers
- Identification and documentation of all project milestones and deliverables and keeping project plans up to date at all times to drive project quality and on-time outcomes
- Gathering requirements with internal and external stakeholders and creating mutually-acceptable deliverables and KPIs
- Find opportunities to improve existing project management process, documentation and tools
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years experience in a project management/Scrum role, experience in managing technical projects
- Bachelor's degree preferably in a technology or engineering related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- Passion and understanding for decentralized finance, blockchain technology, NFTs and the future of Web3
- Deep knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum etc. and excellent understanding of workflows, PRs, issue tracking and milestones
- Leadership skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional and remote teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
