About the opportunity:

We are currentlyseeking to hire our first InvestmentAssociateto work within the private investing arm of DCG’snewest subsidiary. The new subsidiary remains in stealth mode, but will be working with the world’s leading crypto, blockchain, andDeFientrepreneurs and investors.

As a member of thefoundinginvestingteam, you will work with a group of talented individuals tocontribute to the development and execution of multiple fund strategies including a liquidity vehicle, fund of funds, anddirectventure capital and private equityinvesting.In this role you will be involved in thecreation and implementation of fund due diligence processes,from gathering and mappingbest practices anddesigninginvestment memosto identifying and evaluating investment opportunitiesas an integral part of the deal team.Your role will becentral to providingmanagers and stakeholderswith the information they need to make investment decisions.

Whatyou'llbe responsible for:

• Work directly with across functionalteam to support:
• Liquidity Vehicles:
• Perform due diligence including fundamental credit analysis, financial modeling, financial and operational analysis, transaction structuring, and industry research on prospective debtinvestments
• Prepare investment memos for and participate in investment committeediscussions
• Understand key credit documentation and economic/legalstructure
• Support transaction and closingprocesses
• Fund ofFundsand Direct Venture Investments:
• Perform duediligence
• Prepare investment memos for and participate in investment committeediscussions
• Industry and competitive analysis
• Monitor portfolio investments, including performance tracking, market research, and searching for newopportunities
• Managing analysts and interns
• Assist in marketingefforts

Whatyou'llbring:

• 2+ yearsin investment banking,private equity, or venture capital
• Exceptional financial modeling, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving capabilities
• Private debt and/or fund of funds investingexperience and priorcompletion of a formal credit training program ispreferred
• Effective writing and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and good judgment
• Ability to work both independently and on a fast-pacedteam
• A desire to work in a start-up teamenvironment
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in digital assets/distributed networks and how they will reshape globalfinance
