About the opportunity:

We are currently hiring for a Senior Operations Analyst to work within DCG’s newest subsidiary. The new subsidiary remains in stealth mode, but will be working with the world’s leading crypto, blockchain, and DeFi entrepreneurs and investors. This Senior Operations Analyst role will include triaging requests and inquiries from our clients, gauging and interpreting engagement data to regularly improve our processes, as well as acting as the team’s quarterback for client engagement and business development.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing technical onboardings during the client journey to HQ and drive engagement through HQ tech systems
• Building project development initiatives through data analysis and identifying opportunities for project growth with clients
• Supporting the Senior Manager Operations in creating internal workflows to aid in client communication, triaging requests, and addressing client needs
• Building the internal infrastructure through communication tools and CRM to manage client data and inquiries
• Oversee large scale projects that are highly technical & cross functional in nature
• Monitor client projects and rapidly identify issues / risks. Succinctly communicate issues to relevant stakeholders and proactively collaborate to ensure timely resolution
• Use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and align stakeholders

What you'll bring:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience, with a particular emphasis on customer success and/or project management
• Very high EQ, empathy and self-awareness
• Excellent communication skills with an innate ability to motivate and inspire teammates
• Ability to make reasoned decisions in the face of uncertainty or imperfect data
• Aptitude to quickly come up to speed on new technology concepts
• Ability to manage a number of projects simultaneously and relish the hustle
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive
