What you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Chief Compliance and Legal Officer to oversee and administer the compliance program for the firm's RIA, including implementing and enforcing the Code of Ethics and monitoring day-to-day operations
- Assisting with reviewing, maintaining, and updating the RIA’s regulatory filings
- Aiding in the SEC-required annual review of the RIA’s policies and procedures
- Assisting with ad-hoc compliance projects
- Working with outside counsel and compliance consultants as needed
What we expect:
Expertise in compliance
- 3+ years of experience working in compliance, ideally in private equity or investment management
- Experience in identification of compliance risks within a complex and dynamic environment
- Ability to balance multiple shifting priorities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
