Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including partnerships management, ecosystem launches and events from the marketing side, ensuring that our project's marketing efforts align with Shariah principles and values.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the growth of the first Shariah-Compliant web3 ecosystem by building robust co-marketing campaign with the partners
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Shariah compliant projects and initiatives from the Haqq ecosystem.
- Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with external organizations and developers building on Haqq
- Manage the relationships with external marketing agencies and influencers agencies
- Ensure that all marketing activities comply with Shariah principles and guidelines.
- Lead marketing team to develop the marketing campaign in set deadlines.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Shariah compliant marketing practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, partners, and influencers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in marketing (focus on Shariah compliant projects or Islamic finance is a big plus).
- Strong understanding of Shariah principles and values, with the ability to apply them to marketing strategies.
- Experience managing partnerships and collaborations in a marketing context.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic or other relevant languages is a plus.
