Web3 Lead Marketing Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing multi-faceted marketing campaigns, including partnerships management, ecosystem launches and events from the marketing side, ensuring that our project's marketing efforts align with Shariah principles and values.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth of the first Shariah-Compliant web3 ecosystem by building robust co-marketing campaign with the partners  
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our Shariah compliant projects and initiatives from the Haqq ecosystem.
• Plan and execute co-marketing campaigns with external organizations and developers building on Haqq
• Manage the relationships with external marketing agencies and influencers agencies 
• Ensure that all marketing activities comply with Shariah principles and guidelines.
• Lead marketing team to develop the marketing campaign in set deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Shariah compliant marketing practices.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community members, partners, and influencers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing (focus on Shariah compliant projects or Islamic finance is a big plus).
• Strong understanding of Shariah principles and values, with the ability to apply them to marketing strategies.
• Experience managing partnerships and collaborations in a marketing context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Arabic or other relevant languages is a plus.
