Campground is a blockchain-powered content creation/curation tool and marketplace pioneering the Web3 creator economy. At Campground people build trails, essentially interactive digital content tours that serve a wide variety of use cases. Creators then mint and sell their trails as NFT access tokens to a trail's corresponding content and community. Think OpenSea for intrinsically valuable content, not PFPs. This solves the vast current problem that is the Web2 monetization model in the creator economy — a TAM expected to reach $1 trillion in the next 5 years. Beneath Campground's DApp we've developed EMOJI token, designed as an underlying Web3 protocol to reward social reactions, index by emotion, and validate content for quality/accuracy via crowd consensus with prediction market dynamics. EMOJI is not only core to Campground, but a foundational protocol on which the broad decentralized creator economy will be built.

We are venture-backed by Republic Capital and Near Protocol. We have a small and very talented team. Everyone owns their work and is extremely excited for the future.

The Role: Campground is looking for a talented hands-on social media marketer to build Campground’s social media presence and engage with our community on Twitter and Discord.

The ideal candidate: • Excited by Campground mission and marketing’s role in making Campground successful • Excited about crypto and web3 • Ability and enthusiasm to understand/learn, describe, and explain a tech product in a technically sophisticated space • Undeterred by quick turnaround times and iterating on strategy • Data orientation and drive to continuously increase impact social efforts • Excellent general written and oral communication skills • Detail driven, creative, and a collaborative teammate • Someone who understands growth hacking and user acquisition • Experience working with NFT and/or Crypto is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities: • You will be engaging with our community on Twitter and Discord • Identify new and existing growth levers to acquire, convert and onboard new member - establishing multiple acquisition loops to become key drivers of user growth. • Proactively define, test, and scale highly effective growth campaigns through iterative testing • Create a culture of experimentation where we innovate on how to drive community growth, acquisition, user engagement, and churn reduction. • Build an incredible team that can scale with the future growth of the business • Help drive Business Development and partnerships
