Looking for a 10x growth lead (Aka growth hacker, narrative builder, viral marketer, resident degen, memelord or memelady and content writer)

We are looking for someone to transform and help us grow our online presence by 10x.

We live in an internet native, memetic era, where everyone is terminally online, where the old rules of growth and marketing still apply but in new unexpected ways. We want someone that gets it or is willing to learn at an accelerated pace.

If you’re looking to join a growing startup, with all its demands and opportunities, then this role may be for you. It’s a multi disciplinary, multi talented role where you’ll learn a lot, figure out and apply the learnings as we go.

About you

• You equally love guerrilla marketing and good old fashioned long running campaigns
• You are internet native, you live in several discords, you know the latest memes and hottest viral tiktoks
• You're a voracious reader, love a well written phrase and equally passionate about writing, advertising and good copy
• You have a folder of memes on your computer called "accounting documents" and have bookmarked great ad campaigns
• You know a good copy pasta when you see it and have an eye for piggy-backing on viral content
• You don’t need to be crypto native, but you have to be absolutely curious about it. If you think it’s a fad or a scam or you are genuinely dismissive or skeptical about the industry, don’t bother. We are deeply passionate about what a globally permissionless platform can offer to a still very fragmented world.

About the role

• You will write content, memes, copy, and other forms of written content for Kamino
• You will help grow and foster the community on discord, twitter, and other social media platforms
• You will help craft campaigns and implement them
• The role is very flexible and we will try to fit it to your skills
• If you think you don't have all the skills, but are coachable and hungry to grow, do apply

• Kamino is the biggest borrow-lend and liquidity vault protocol of Solana, looking to service all the financial needs of on-chain users. We've been building in Solana for over 3 years and looking to expand our team to take on the next phase of growth.
