Reporting to the Manager Digital Marketing, the role sits within the marketing team. The Digital Communications Team Lead will have ownership of the 360 digital strategy and act as the internal driver of collaboration and digital excellence. You will collaborate with the Ecommerce, PR, brand marketing and creative teams to develop cohesive and best in class brand activations to attract new audiences and build brand advocacy.



  • 360 communications planning
    • Ownership of the brand marketing calendar for digital communications channels including organic & paid social, influencers, email and brand media.
    • Ensure the strategy is relevant and continuously evolving in line with the digital landscape.
    • Partner with the broader marketing departments to deliver coherent and connected brand experiences
    • Design customer journeys, segmentation strategies and communication plans for campaigns with the interaction of paid, earned, owned channels
    • Develop clear and concise creative and copy briefs to drive best-in-class content creation
    • Identify opportunities and synergies across teams and specialists to develop collaborative and efficient brand activations
    • Work closely with the digital marketing manager and senior stakeholders to help set the strategic priorities for the digital marketing team

  • Team Leadership
    • Empower the digital marketing specialists with clear and directional guidance and consistent feedback to support their success
    • Project manage the campaign flow for digital activations from concept to reporting
    • Identify and implement new processes within the team to drive efficiency and cross-departmental collaboration
    • Become the key point of contact for broader business departments for digital input and expertise
    • Champion digital evolution within the business, driving best in-class creative and future facing activations. Support the digital marketing manager on NFT and Metaverse strategy


  • Highly organised with excellent time management skills, stakeholder management
  • Forward thinking attitude to spot trends and provide recommendations to stay on top of the ever changing digital landscape
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines and able to prioritise and multitask
  • Able to work well across multiple teams and

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment


  • 4-5 years of experience in digital role within marketing or project management
  • Experience in stakeholder management
  • Previous experience in people management
  • Deep understanding of today’s digital landscape and experience working in digital marketing
  • Experience in project management including timelines, budgets and workloads
