Affinidi Finnovate is powering chekFIN, a decentralised credentials platform that allows financial institutions to obtain verified credentials about fintechs. We’re on a search for a Corporate Communications Manager with the following attributes:
Superlative Communication Skills in All Forms: You have strong, versatile copywriting skills.
Dealing with Ambiguity / Adaptability: You can effectively cope with change and uncertainty and are comfortable when things are up in the air.
Business Acumen: You are in the know on current business practices/trends and have a good awareness of how strategies work in the marketplace
Stakeholder management: You are able to build and maintain good relationships with stakeholders, including your colleagues and clients
Intellectual Curiosity: You are keen to learn new things and dig deeper than the surface. You always ask the right questions and can deal with complex concepts comfortably.
Conflict Management: You are always able to find common ground even in disagreements and can settle disputes amicably.

Here’s an opportunity to manage and improve all our communications flows, within and outside of our company; handle public relations, information output, press releases and media requests, social media and/or advertising efforts.
You will:
- Create effective internal and external communication strategies for our company
- Coordinate external and internal communications flow (memos, newsletters, press releases, media requests, etc.)
- Write content for our company’s website
- Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews, statements, etc.
- Crisis management
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and potentially influencers
- Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes.
You will be a great match if you possess:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, or similar relevant field
- Crisis management skills or experiences, is a plus
- Strong interest in Web 3.0 and decentralized technologies
