The Role:
As the Hub Leader of ICP Hub France, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of the internet. Your primary focus will be to grow our ecosystem locally by fostering innovation, creating partnerships, and building a vibrant community of ICP enthusiasts. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, cryptocurrency expertise, proven experience in the crypto space, and a knack for networking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ecosystem Development: Spearhead initiatives that drive the growth and adoption of the ICP ecosystem within France.
- Community Building: Establish and nurture a strong, inclusive community of ICP developers, users, and supporters.
- Partnership Cultivation: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the tech and crypto spaces.
- Event Organization: Plan and execute events, workshops, and meetups to educate and engage the community.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of cryptocurrency trends and technologies, using insights to guide ecosystem strategies.
Requirements:
- Technical Savvy: Solid understanding of blockchain technologies and the Internet Computer Protocol. Technical expertise is valued but not to the extent of a developer.
- Cryptocurrency Expertise: Deep knowledge of the cryptocurrency landscape, including different ecosystems, DeFi, and NFTs.
- Proven Experience: Prior experience in a crypto ecosystem, demonstrating an ability to navigate and contribute to its growth.
- Networking Prowess: Exceptional skills in networking and building relationships within the tech and crypto communities.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in French and English.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a community towards a common goal.
