Responsibilities:


  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media channels, including Twitter (X), Discord and Telegram. Post content regularly and maintain an active presence. 
  • Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
  • Social Media Moderation: Monitor and moderate social media channels to ensure productive and respectful conversations, while addressing any issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Social Media Campaigns: Design and produce high-quality viral content and campaigns that resonates with our target audience.
  • Engage with Industry Leaders: Engage with Influencers, KOLs, creators and the broader community across social media platforms. Actively reply, retweet, comment and interact with posts to increase visibility and expand our reach. 
  • X Spaces & AMA Moderation: Plan, host and moderate X Spaces and AMAs, ensuring engaging and informative discussions that resonate with the community. 
  • Social Content Strategy & Creation: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute content strategies that resonate with the Web3 audience, including educational posts, updates, and community-focused content.
  • Engagement: Actively engage with community members, responding to their queries, facilitating discussions, and encouraging participation in community events and activities.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather, analyze, and report on community feedback to inform product development, marketing strategies, and community growth initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work with graphic designers to create visually appealing and engaging assets for published content. Ensure consistency with branding and tone of voice.
  • Content Quality: Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and free from grammar or spelling errors. Be accountable for final edits on all copy and multimedia assets.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monitor the effectiveness of your content and perform research to stay up-to-date with current best practices in the industry. Analyze social media metrics and insights to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Innovation and Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to drive innovation in social media efforts.
  • Crisis Management: Handle sensitive situations and crises within the community with professionalism, ensuring that the community's trust and morale are maintained.
  • Growth Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to increase community size, engagement, and satisfaction, leveraging both organic and paid growth tactics.
  • Partnerships & Collaborations: Identify and manage partnerships with other communities, influencers, and projects within the Web3 ecosystem to foster growth and cross-community engagement.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to track community performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of community initiatives, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.


Requirements:


  • Proven Experience: 4+ years of experience in Social Media Management and strategy creation, with a strong track record of managing Social Media communities in the Web3 space.
  • Web3 Expertise: In-depth knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFTs, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
  • Moderation Skills: Experience moderating social media platforms, especially Discord and Telegram, with an understanding of best practices for community engagement.
  • Live Moderation Experience: Demonstrated experience moderating X Spaces and AMAs, with a focus on creating engaging and well-managed discussions. This includes heaving a professional microphone and webcam setup. 
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an accessible and engaging manner. 
  • Engagement: Engage with followers and Community, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for community growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with community management tools, bots, analytics platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Crisis Management: Experience handling conflicts, managing crises, and resolving issues within an online community.
  • Creativity & Innovation: A creative thinker with a passion for experimenting with new ideas to enhance community interaction and growth.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform strategy and optimize community engagement.
  • Partnership Development: Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with influencers, projects, and other communities in the Web3 space.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies within the crypto space.


Good to have:


  • Graphic Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or Figma is a plus.
  • Multilingual: Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage, particularly in languages spoken widely in the crypto community.
  • EDM: Email Marketing experience
  • Nodes: Good Understanding of Nodes and Web3 Node Ecosystem.
