Hi, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm that develops decentralized finance technology and an asset management arm that creates and manages tokenized funds. We were the first company to tokenize exposure to US Treasuries and have since expanded into several other assets. We are also focused on incubating protocols that can support both tokenized real-world assets and traditional crypto.

About the Role
Ondo is looking for a Partner Marketing Lead to support our go-to-market strategy and lead co-marketing initiatives within the growing Ondo ecosystem. This role works closely with Partnerships and Sales to support sales enablement, GTM planning and execution, and ongoing co-marketing campaigns alongside companies like layer 1 and 2 blockchains, exchanges, fintech applications, DeFi protocols, Neobanks, service providers, and institutional partners. This role is key in driving awareness and growing the adoption of Ondoâs products across web3 ecosystems.
What Youâll Achieve:
â˘Be the primary marketing contact for the GTM execution and ongoing co-marketing with Ondoâs new and existing partners
â˘Identify and launch co-marketing campaigns that support awareness and adoption of Ondoâs products within the ecosystems of other blockchain and fintech companies
â˘Support the partnerships and sales teams with sales enablement materials, and collaborate on our product messaging and positioning with each partner
â˘Craft and manage partner marketing content, including social media, blogs, AMAs, educational resources, case studies
â˘Create a playbook and strategy for how we engage with partners from launch and beyond with ongoing co-marketing initiatives
â˘Measure and report the performance and success of our co-marketing initiatives
What we're looking for:
â˘Experience: 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, and experience with blockchain/web3 and/or financial services
â˘Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain, web3, DeFi, financial services, and growth marketing
â˘Marketing: Experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and growth marketing tactics
â˘Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally to drive GTM execution with internal and external teams
â˘Adaptable: Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and establish structure and processes that scale
â˘Partial (5hr) daily overlap with EST â typically this means you're located in the Americas unless you're willing to work unusual hours
