The role
As Paradigm's Head of Marketing, your focus will be to create, develop, execute and track marketing campaigns to build and elevate the Paradigm brand. You are passionate about reaching broader audiences online, through social media posts, blogs, and relationships with media and influencers to build brand awareness and loyalty. You will work with the Product and Sales teams to develop, launch, evaluate and optimize diverse marketing and educational content and social marketing campaigns to reach our target audience in Crypto Trading and Finance. The Head of Marketing will adapt well to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and will be excited about learning new skills, digital marketing technologies, and developing new marketing strategies.
Our Head of Marketing will be intelligent, level-headed, calm under pressure, and keen to make a difference. This role will encompass a wide range of marketing functions including but not limited to:
Requirements
  • Develop messaging that is consistent and effective across different media and personas including the corporate website, social media, blogs, and white papers
  • Create, develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns using compelling content
  • Comfortable working with both content publishing tools (e.g. Webflow) and marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
  • Provide input to creative designs based on best practices and the brand book
  • Design programs as well as build and implement creative calls to action maps
  • Create, write and execute content management efforts such as website content, sales collateral, blog posts, press releases, marketing, and educational videos, newsletters, and targeted email campaigns
  • Drive marketing content initiatives that build brand awareness and drive revenue with intriguing thought leadership content across multiple media channels
  • Manage marketing campaigns across social media and messaging platforms

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with marketing or communications studies or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years professional experience leading marketing efforts in B2B, FinTech, Technology or Financial Services industries
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and integrated marketing strategies
  • Experience with Content Marketing and running Social Media Marketing campaigns
  • Forward-thinking with a desire to learn and take on new challenges
  • Collaborative and inclusive team player with a willingness to help others
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
