About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and analytical VP of sales to join Partisia Blockchain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major clients/businesses/investors, writing sales reports and designing effective sales strategies. As a blockchain company, the projects will require general knowledge of how blockchains operate. We are a startup in year 3 so this is an opportunity to join relatively early on and have a real influence on the company.
Responsibilities
Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.
Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
Outlining and managing sales budgets
Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating team members to help to achieve the goals
Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting
Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction
Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team
Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships
Recruiting and hiring sales staff where necessary and developing training programs
