Position: Marketing and Administrative Assistant

About the Role

Permission.io is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing and Operations Assistant to support our marketing efforts and day-to-day operational needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, learns quickly, is tech savvy, and enjoys taking on a variety of responsibilities.

In this position, you will assist with executing marketing campaigns, managing content across platforms, and ensuring operational efficiency. If you’re a self-starter with a knack for organization and a passion for making an impact, we encourage you to apply.

What you will be doing

• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and audience engagement
• Creating, scheduling, and optimizing content for social media, email, and other digital channels
• Supporting operational workflows, including scheduling, task management, and team coordination
• Responding to audience inquiries and engaging with Permission.io’s community to build positive relationships
• Completing administrative tasks, including organization, communication, and coordination needed to keep the team running smoothly.
• Quickly learning and applying new tools and technologies to enhance marketing and operational efforts
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities

You will need

• Bachelor’s degree
• Ideally 1-2 years of experience or relevant internships in marketing, operations, or administrative roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Figma, or WIX, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to take on challenges and solve problems creatively
• An interest in emerging technologies, including blockchain and Web3, is helpful but not required.
