Who We Seek:


As Marketing Associate, you will be helping to set the strategy for all marketing communications across key moments, site journeys and customer segments.


You will partner daily with internal partners (creative, marketing, product, UI/UX, and eComm teams), as well as marketing channel and external vendor partners, to ideate, develop, and launch impactful experiences that increase new and repeat customer growth. If you enjoy marketing, customer strategy and cross-functional collaboration, you will love this role!


What You’ll Do:


  • Deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time in the right channel
  • Build the channel and content strategy for all customer segments, lifecycle moments, from first-time site visitors to our longest tenured and most loyal customers
  • Collaborate regularly with partners across sales, merchandising, and planning
  • Guide team to regularly optimize and improve marketing performance through strategic channel plans
  • Help to identify, test and scale robust customer segmentation audiences to deliver incremental growth and revenue
  • Contribute to creating and iterating the marketing & testing calendar based on business performance
  • Maintain relationship with our ESP, SMS, Trigger email, and Loyalty partners to drive improvements
  • Lead marketing projects and initiatives from ideation to execution and reporting on results

What You’ll Bring:


  • 2-3 years’ experience in marketing or brand communications/PR
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills for measuring/tracking success
  • A strong storyteller, able to distill content into brand and product stories
  • Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Passion for e-commerce, beauty and rapid growth brands a plus
