Position: Institutional Sales
Job Brief
Prime Trust is seeking a seasoned fintech sales professional to spearhead the adoption of Prime Trust’s dynamic API product suites. This individual will need to be self-driven, able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment [crypto], and have an entrepreneurial spirit. This role will be pivotal in driving revenue for Prime Trust and this individual will need to be a deep critical thinker that consistently portrays a high level of awareness - not only in devising creative solutions for clients but also in building lasting relationships that will extend throughout their career. We are growing at a record pace (2,000% account growth in 2021) - This is an opportunity to be a crucial driver in the underlying infrastructure that powers the crypto economy, and a flagship for mainstream adoption. This is a fully remote role.
Principal Responsibilities
- Drive adoption of the Prime Trust suite of financial infrastructure APIs. Evangelize the new “AWS of Crypto”
- Consistently attain or surpass company goal targets. Maintain clean Salesforce data and accurate forecasts.
- Leverage your knowledge of the financial markets, crypto ecosystem, and backend financial infrastructure to devise next-generation solutions
- Work collaboratively within a [remote] team and thrive in the fast-paced environment
- ‘Crypto Curious’ and possess the drive to be the tip of the spear in a globally respected pre-IPO startup within the capital markets environment.
Experience and Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Tech, Saas or Financial Services/Fintech Sales where ‘solution selling’ has been demonstrated.
- Ability to succeed in a remote environment where connecting with clients across the globe requires adaptability and strong negotiation skills above product knowledge.
- Excellent critical-thinking, verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, SaaS Platforms (Confluence, Slack, MixMax, etc.)

- Relevant Experience: Crypto, DeFi, Payment Rails, Infrastructure, Trading, Compliance, KYC/AML, BSA, Regulatory Knowledge
Education
- BS/BA degree required
Job Type: Full-time position
Salary: $100,000-$150,000 DOE
