RECUR is building the future of digital collectibles on-chain, known as Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) – the newest Unicorn industry.

RECUR is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to join its team full time. This role will shape the vision and drive the execution of RECUR’s consumer-facing product strategy around branded NFT marketplaces. Seamless and delightful user experiences lie at the core of our approach to building technologies that will onboard millions of users into the world of NFTs. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team, where you will build experiences for some of the largest brands in the world in the rapidly-growing NFT space.


What you will do at RECUR

  • Own and shape RECUR’s product marketing efforts, including collaborating with other members of the Product team to support product launches, drive growth and virality, and increase engagement post-launch
  • Manage and lead product marketing teams as part of the broader Product organization and take direct responsibility over numerous functions (specifically copywriting, go-to-market enablement, product positioning, and more), applying those to both consumer and enterprise products
  • Be the primary voice of the user in RECUR’s Product organization to help drive elegant user experiences across onboarding, engagement, payments, and more
  • Distill complex NFT and crypto-native problems and communicate solutions on RECUR’s Product team, enabling product managers and product designers to effectively and efficiently improve RECUR user experiences
  • Develop and implement positioning over a diverse set of complex products
  • Take a complex set of product value propositions and distill them down to a core set of messaging that appeals to a diverse set of audiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with team members against Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience, Production, and Gaming, among others, to gain valuable insights around RECUR’s products and communicate them to a global audience
  • Conduct both consumer and enterprise customer interviews to better understand and champion products that enable better experiences with NFTs and metaverse services over time, and implement these learnings to propel rapid adoption of RECUR’s products

What you bring to RECUR

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with a specific focus on direct collaboration with Product & Engineering teams, as well as leadership driving product marketing initiatives forward
  • Experience managing and leading teams and interfacing with leadership
  • Proven experience as an individual contributor as well as a manager to other marketers and product marketers
  • Specific experience working in the broader crypto asset and blockchain landscape in marketing roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts down to clear product descriptions and narratives
  • Proficiency with industry-standard product tools and software, including Figma, Canva, Medium, JIRA, Atlassian, and more
  • Capacity to collaborate cross-functionally with team members to ensure product marketing is consistent with RECUR’s overarching business goals
  • Ability to effectively elicit feedback from RECUR’s Leadership team and quickly integrate it into product marketing strategy
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with team members from diverse industry backgrounds
  • Consistent track record of success meeting deadlines and delivering work product
