Role Overview
The Senior/Lead Program Manager will oversee the development and implementation of key projects. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and third-party service providers, including designers, engineers, artists, and blockchain experts, to ensure successful delivery while optimizing quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the development of engineering projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with the executive team and stakeholders to define project goals, prioritize features, and create a detailed project roadmap.
- Manage project resources, including human resources, budgets, and technology infrastructure, to ensure project success.
- Identify potential risks and obstacles in project development and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the final product meets the highest standards of functionality and user experience.
- Work with blockchain experts to integrate blockchain technology and NFT ecosystems.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, timelines, and post-mortems, to facilitate communication and learning from past projects.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in web3 technology and blockchain to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Senior or Lead Producer/Program Manager with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, including NFTs and smart contracts.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
