About our Team:

At Stability Protocol, you will have the opportunity to be heard, and help steer the direction of our organization. We are a tight-knit, highly collaborative group of 14 team members, with each persons’ ideas and actions being integral to our success. Starting at Stability:

During the onboarding period, you will be collaborating with our CEO and the head of our Tech Team to better understand your role and our organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years product management or equivalent experience on a complex and technical software project of significant scope with 3+ years of work experience in technology industry or function
• Deep understanding of Ethereum-based protocols and ecosystem, their relevance to permissioned blockchain architectures and their implications on decentralized application development.
• Has familiarity with Rust/Substrate and Solidity development.
• Strong desire and ability to engage with customers with a co-innovation mindset; understand and describe novel aspects of their use cases and create value by solving their problems
• Strategic thinking and ability to present solutions to senior level and executive audiences, both internal and external
• Experience taking early-stage products from concept through early go-to-market, and working in an ambiguous, complex, and rapidly changing environment.
• Strong communication skills: verbal, written and content presentation
• Strategy and development, business operations, or product particularly in the Financial Technology market
• Prior experience working in Blockchain technology preferred
• Demonstrated experience with pre and post product/market fit activities in a product lifecycle including positioning, validating hypotheses, pivoting and scaling.
• Ability to think and act fast to drive cross-functional alignment and execution in new areas with tight timeline
  
  

Responsibilities

• Works directly with CEO and Business Development team to create future products and enhance the current product suite.
• Including developing new product ideas, product specifications and documentation.
• Working closely with developers and engineering leadership to ensure new product initiatives have been de-risked from an engineering perspective and scoped down to the highest-impact, lowest-effort solution to the problem
• Product manager will lead the product team, consisting of UI/UX developers and designers.
• Synthesize an innovative product plan anchored by customer needs and use cases
• Leads the product development process from inception to product delivery
• Analyzes and evaluates complementary and competitive products, technologies, and solutions
• Possess deep & current market knowledge of the enterprise blockchain landscape including use cases across industries, customer adoption patterns journeys and application development ecosystems
• Curating our backlog to ensure we are scoring new ideas accurately for effort and impact, in order to shortlist those tasks with the most outsized return on engineering bandwidth
• Use Blockchain knowledge of strategic direction and technical environment to contribute innovative ideas, and to help select and prioritize applications to be created and implemented.
