The role An experienced Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about building and promoting products that customers love. The successful candidate will provide a key support role within the Marketing team and be tasked with developing effective marketing strategies and detailed GTM plans. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and roll out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.
Responsibilities • Work closely with marketing and product leaders to create and own an ambitious product strategy and a roadmap for the team which is in line with the company strategy and mission • Ownership of the product and ensuring that the product is intuitive, user-friendly, world-class, and targets the right audience • Drive the strategy and execution of new products and improve upon the GTM strategies for existing products • Build personas and develop segmentation optimizing for improvement of UX through the delivery of more relevant content, promotions, and products across multiple platforms/channels • Bridge the gap between marketing and product teams and develop strong working relationships with cross-functional team leads (customer service, business development, etc) to maximize product exposure and best deliver against business objectives • Track and execute the product roadmap and deliverables, including the product backlog, key milestones, action items, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans • Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth •Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners • Develop product pricing and positioning strategies • Use data analytics and tools to track the performance of new product releases and optimize development to drive better results • Continuously analyze, evaluate and validate market opportunities, market feedback, and customer problems by creating market hypotheses, building experiments, and testing segments to influence product strategy and roadmaps. • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources • Drive product launches including working with the marketing / PR teams, executives, and other product management team members • Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency, and flexibility in approach across the product marketing organization to maximize growth and scale impact. • Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding of the importance of the product roadmap across the organization and growth marketing/product teams
Mandatory requirements: • At least proven 3-5 years of work experience in product development /management and marketing • Knowledge of OTA, Fintech, blockchain is an advantage • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle • Passionate learners who aren’t afraid of new tools and technologies to build a great end-to-end customer experience. • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with and understanding agile/scrum methodologies, principles, and practices. • Open-minded, outgoing personality, showing high levels of proactivity and a can-do attitude with a high degree of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration • Knowledge of OTA/Travel, Fintech, and blockchain is a distinct advantage • Good level of written and spoken English • Results-orientated
Desirable requirements: • Experience with Booking Engine Platform/ E-Commerce, CMS/CRM systems is a plus • Technical understanding or experience with Blockchain and distributed systems. • Experienced in Digital Payment systems is a plus • Prior experience working in a start-up
