VeeFriends is an intellectual property company founded through NFTs and Web3 technology. With an established community of token holders, VeeFriends is now expanding across different multimedia and experiences including animated skits, songs, video games, and an annual superconference “VeeCon”. VeeFriends was created by serial entrepreneur, and chairman of Vayner-X, Gary Vaynerchuk.
Consisting of 283 unique characters, and two “Series”, the VeeFriends universe was imagined and designed by Gary himself and aspires to promote characteristics and traits such as patience, kindness and empathy to help the world to find happiness. Beyond the digital art which lives on the ethereum blockchain, all Series 1 tokens provide holders with admission to VeeCon, an annual super-conference that provides VeeFriends token-holders unprecedented access to some of the biggest names in Web3 and Popular culture.What you'll do:

• Strong typography, color and composition skills
• Style Guide designs. Design visually stunning patterns, patches, logos, packaging/hang tags, and more for internal, and licensed partner use.
• Knowledge working with brand guidelines and collaborating with creative teams/ marketing groups to ensure design concepts deliver on creative goals
• Establish and maintain visual integrity across all projects
• Support brand on digital: campaigns, site updates, motion, etc
• Develop iconography, and content for all social media platforms
• Contribute to design problem solving across all needs
• Anticipate design needs that aren’t made explicit when possible
• Templated promotional materials as well as internal pitch documents
• Help review the design of product submissions that include across all consumer product categories (t-shirts, pajamas, books) to ensure they are on model, on brand, as modern as possible or meeting the criteria of the specific needs or collaboration
• Help to clearly define and meet established deadlines and milestones

What you'll need:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suites (illustrator, photoshop, indesign, acrobat)
• Strong graphic design skills. Can take a message and image and create a visual with font hierarchy, character focus, color and layout balance
• Typography knowledge (hierarchy, kerning/tracking/leading corrections, pairing typography, hand lettering a plus)
• Ability to use >
• Ability to take direction and address comments and notes from a variety of stakeholders
• Able to work with vector character art

Work Skills:

• Clear communication- asks questions without fear
• Great time management- due date adherence is a must
• Attention to detail- especially in graphic design, font design, character art placement
• Desire to learn and grow in character licensing design business
• Adherence to process and communication pipelines
• Possess an understanding of final production across various media
• Highly responsive especially when there are tight turnarounds
• Know their limits and communicate them
• Takes constructive criticism well, can interpret feedback clearly, and revise work accordingly
• Must enjoy having fun, and be a pleasure to be around
• A good sense of humor is a plus, see above
