The Role: Developer Evangelist
As a Developer Evangelist at the Wormhole Foundation, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and growth of our cross-chain products among developers. You will be responsible for engaging with developers, supporting at hackathons, building educational content, contributing to product improvement process, and fostering a vibrant developer community as the external face and personality representing Wormhole’s product and engineering team.
What you'll be doing:
- Advocate for Wormhole’s technology and products within the blockchain developer community.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, providing technical guidance and support.
- Constantly seek feedback from developers in order to improve Wormhole’s developer experience
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, workshops, and demos to showcase our products and educate developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and drive product enhancements based on developer needs.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, tutorials, and sample code to assist developers in integrating our technologies.
- Represent Wormhole Foundation at conferences, meetups, hackathons, and other relevant events.
- Help other developers by interacting on Discord, Stack Overflow, Twitter, GitHub, or places where developers come for help online
Who you are:
- Proven experience as a Developer Evangelist or similar role on a top team in crypto
- Highly personable, engaging, and energetic
- Highly technical, ideally with a strong understanding of cross-chain protocols and DeFi
- Passion for engaging with developers and building developer communities.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Enjoy working remotely with a talented global team and ideally based in the Americas or European time zones.
