Web3 Engineer

As our Web3 Engineer, you will be part of our growing engineering team and take ownership of the core modules. You must have good communication, interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills in order to take part in the collaborative and cooperative development process that delivers high-quality software. You must be familiar with popular IDEs, tools, and scripting languages on Linux. Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and DeFi, is essential to succeed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the development of the product, smart contracts, and the overall member experience from a technical perspective.
• Work closely with design and product to create a precise and cohesive process for rapid development, automated testing, and quick iteration after delivery.
• Support, back up and maintain the website and DApp functionality.
• Create a trustworthy and elite team of in-house and contracted developers to ensure all development efforts are executed efficiently without compromising quality.
• Manage the technical team, developing their skills along the way, to create a higher quality collaboration in the long term.
• Protect and secure websites and web apps from malicious attacks.
• Create and maintain discord bots and advanced functionality.

• 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Experience managing teams, motivating them, and a record of high quality and prompt feature delivery.
• Experience in load balancing, security, moderation tools, animations, streaming, and web3 integrations for user management and permissions.
• Proven knowledge and interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and DeFi space.
