Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Web3 Strategist to join our team at VoyceMe. As a Web3 Strategist with a focus on Business Development (BD) and Growth, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of our Web3 initiatives. This role encompasses various aspects of blockchain technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and smart contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about Web3, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to groundbreaking projects.

Key Responsibilities

Ecosystem Development:

- Partner with the GM and Business Development team to execute a launch partner approach.

- Develop, execute and manage an ecosystem partnerships program in line with our Web3 strategy

Product Marketing:

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define and communicate our Web3 value propositions.

- Drive go-to-market strategies for Web3 products and initiatives.

- Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure our offerings are competitive and innovative.

Marketing and Community Growth:

- Formulate and execute community growth initiatives in collaboration with marketing and community teams.

- Develop and nurture relationships with key influencers, partners, and stakeholders in the Web3 space.

Sales and Investor Relations:

- Support sales efforts by identifying and targeting potential clients and partners.

- Assist in managing investor relations and communication, providing updates on Web3 initiatives and progress.

- Develop and maintain pitch materials and presentations for potential investors and partners.

Legal and Administrative Support:

- Work with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in the blockchain space.

- Provide administrative support for partnership agreements, contracts, and other documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience in business development, growth, or marketing roles within the blockchain/Web3 space.

- Familiarity with DeFi protocols, NFT standards, and blockchain technologies.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for Web3 and a desire to be at the forefront of technological innovation.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with multiple blockchain platforms and protocols.

- Active participation in Web3 communities and open-source projects.

- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in the blockchain space.

- Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions like IPFS or Arweave.

- Experience with Web3 development tools such as Truffle, Hardhat, or Metamask.
