The Sales Operations and CRM Specialist is responsible for the overall management of the company's CRM system and the support of the sales team. This includes overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the CRM system, as well as the development and implementation of sales and marketing processes and procedures. The Sales Operations and CRM Specialist also works with the sales, CSM and marketing teams to ensure that the CRM system is used effectively to track leads, close deals, and measure results.

Develop and implement sales and marketing processes and procedures
Work with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that the CRM system is used effectively
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
Report on CRM system usage and performance
Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM technologies and trends
Train and support users of the CRM system
Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards
Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns
Develop and implement sales training programs
Work with sales representatives to resolve customer issues
Manage sales team commissions
Review contracts to validate the content and make sure clients can be billed smoothly
Ensure the accuracy of contract and CRM data
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Provide support to the sales team
Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in CRM administration and management, as well as sales operations
Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and procedures

Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salesforce certifications for the Sales, Service, and Experience clouds (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant)
