What you'll do

    • Conduct field sales activities within your assigned territory (Cebu or Davao) to identify, approach, and onboard small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) merchants.
    • Promote and sell the company’s payment solutions (e.g., QR payments, e-wallets, POS terminals) to target businesses.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with SME merchants to drive satisfaction, transaction growth, and long-term retention.
    • Handle the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, coordinating with Product, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure smooth activation.
    • Negotiate merchant discount rates (MDRs) and commercial terms in line with company policies and objectives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for merchant concerns, inquiries, and after-sales support.
    • Monitor merchant performance and transaction activity, identifying opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and reactivation.
    • Stay informed about local SME market trends, competitor activities, and business dynamics to guide sales strategies and execution.

What we expect from you

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, door-to-door selling, merchant acquisition, or business development — preferably in fintech, banking, or e-commerce.
    • Fresh graduates with strong potential and a positive, can-do attitude are also welcome to apply.
    • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, field-based environment.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to build and maintain lasting SME relationships.
    • Willingness to work on the ground and travel within assigned territories (Cebu or Davao).
    • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Ability to speak and understand the local dialect in the assigned region (Cebuano or Davaoeño) is an advantage.
    • Must be currently residing in Cebu or Davao.
