About the Role

We are looking to hire Project Managers of various backgrounds to drive all different types of projects at Palm NFT Studio, both internally and with our Creative Studio clients. This position requires a combination of project management, client relationship management, and execution capabilities.

As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our projects from initially planning through final delivery and support. You’ll partner with Creative, Sales, Marketing, Community, Product, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance, and Legal, coordinating various work streams and pulling in subject matter experts as needed to ensure on time deliveries of our work. You’ll be the first responder when things go wrong and will be expected to craft and implement processes to reduce friction and enable all team members to spend their time on what they do best. The role will demand that you think creatively, work collaboratively, and do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing project requirements and assisting with preparation of budgets and schedules.
• Using project management software to break down tickets and coordinate the tasks of various production staff
• Managing communication and workflow for project team members and subject matter experts
• Liaising with relevant teams, clients, and managers for the duration of the project
• Representing Palm NFT Studio and our projects with external audiences including clients, partners, and vendors
• Proactively identifying risks, challenges, blockers, and hurdles to project teams and to alleviate them before they become significant issues
• Identifying needs for projects that exist outside the Company, and then identifying, contracting, and managing vendors
• Ensuring the quality of the deliverables is at the highest level from conception to launch
• Working with stakeholders across various business units and professions to ensure operational processes and responsibilities are understood and executed against

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant project management experience leading cross-functional technology projects
• Experienced in agile and scrum methodologies
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience with Gantt charting software
• Experience with reading, writing and breaking down project scopes and product specs
• Experience with budgeting and cost reporting
• Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workflow, and people
• Strong business sense and a commitment to excellence/high standards
• Strong communication skills

• Experience working in a startup as well as in a big corporate environment
• Experience working in a remote environment
• Experience with or a passion for blockchain, crypto, and NFTs
• Experience in other regulated industries like Financial Services or Payments
• Experience leading projects blending Creative and Technology workstreams (e.g. Gaming, Creative Agencies, etc.)
