The Role.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will support a variety of business development and lead generation activities for several of the company’s digital solutions focusing on Digital Factory Platform. You will be the gateway between clients, innovation, product development and marketing and working with clients supporting their requirements and structuring their challenges. 

This is an excellent opportunity to be an integral part of a high-growth, high impact start-up organization and to operate within cross-functional projects and be rewarded for upside opportunities. 

Desired Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management or a similar field
• Passion and interest for industrial applications of digital solutions/Industry 4.0
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with public speaking experience
  
• Understanding and judgement of project acquisition and contacts with prospects
• Strong organizational and business development skills
• Self-starter attitude with ownership mindset creating new outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
• Motivation to work in international teams and organizations
  
• Experience using leading CRM Platforms to track & report sales development performance metrics
• Experience selling Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Cloud solutions to enterprise customers
