About the Team:

The listing team, embedded within the Growth organization, takes charge of the strategy and execution of bringing unique business opportunities to the platform. We are a group of highly motivated and objective-oriented people who focus on driving new user growth through new listings. As a fast growing crypto exchange, Okcoin is expanding the Listing team to hire a dedicated operations manager to help drive the day-to-day.

About the Opportunity:

Listing new digital assets is core to the growth of Okcoin. When an asset is listed, it is available to be traded, bought, sold and potentially integrated into our Earn product. We are seeking an operations manager with strong communication skills and project management skills to own the technical go-to-market for listings. Working within the listing team, this role will also work cross functionally with all aspects of the organization: our engineering partners in Beijing, marketing and brand teams, liquidity team, wallets teams, customer service, and product management. Your success is a streamlined, smooth and on-time token listing. Superstars will also find ways to speed up the process and identify ways to help engineering teams work more effectively.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Get the asset listed. What does that mean? Once an asset is approved, you will coordinate the various cross-functional teams to ensure assets get to market in the shortest amount of time and in a smooth process.
• You will own the listings technical GTM process - you will build operational maturity for asset listings and ensure new token listings are executed flawlessly, from the “go” decision to final launch including trading functionality, wallet deposit and withdrawal, and potentially other product features
• Work with product team and data team to define and monitor KPIs for asset listings while leading process and workflow improvements and establishing communication protocols
• Influence Okcoin’s listing strategy and be a key contributor to prioritization decisions
  
  

What We Look For In You:

• 5+ years work experience in Project Management or Program Management with demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in high-tech operations space.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
• Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills
• High EQ
• Have worked with global teams and remote development teams
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced startup
• Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, Defi and/or blockchain

Nice to Haves:

• Direct working experience in the crypto space
• Success or failure launching a protocol or other crypto project
• Deep understanding of technical token integration process
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Understanding of smart contracts and/or smart contracting languages including Solidity, Rust, Clarity, or others
