Blockchain/DLT Expert for an international project

We currently have a vacancy position for a Blockchain/DLT Expert, to join our expanding development teams. The work will be carried out at the Company’s premises in Athens and/or remotely. In the context of this assignment, the successful candidate will cooperate with the software implementation and maintenance teams of the company, interfacing and closely cooperating within the client’s Management and Business responsible teams.

Tasks

The Blockchain/DLT Expert will provide expertise in analysing, designing, and building prototypes, using Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLTs).

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Apply DLTs to business needs, in order to propose state-of-the-art solutions;
• Research, design, and implement core blockchain systems;
• Elaborate business-oriented documentation (benefits, risks, constraints) and technical-oriented documentation (architecture, challenges, components)
• Design and implement Proof of Concepts, for launching delivery initiatives.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with any of the blockchain crypto frameworks (Corda/Ethereum/Ripple/other);
• Knowledge of Ethereum Virtual Machine;
• Knowledge of basic blockchain fundamentals, such as BFT, P2P, Consensus, etc;
• Knowledge of DeFi protocols, such as Uniswap or Compound;
• Experience in software engineering for large-scale, production-level software systems;
• Experience in the financial sector.
