Blockchain Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in Blockchain, DeFi, and Smart Contract development to join our growing remote team. You will work on innovative Web3 products, decentralized applications (dApps), and blockchain infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and protocols.
Build, test, deploy, and optimize smart contracts using Solidity and EVM-compatible chains.
Develop and integrate DeFi protocols, including staking, lending, liquidity pools, and tokenomics.
Conduct smart contract testing, debugging, and security reviews.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable Web3 solutions.
Integrate blockchain applications with APIs, wallets, and decentralized storage solutions.
Monitor protocol performance and implement improvements for security and efficiency.
Stay current with emerging blockchain technologies, standards, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in Blockchain, DeFi, and Smart Contract development.
Strong knowledge of Solidity, Ethereum, and EVM-compatible networks.
Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle, or similar development frameworks.
Familiarity with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or related blockchain libraries.
Understanding of DeFi concepts, including AMMs, DEXs, lending protocols, staking, and governance.
Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Layer 2 solutions and cross-chain protocols.
Knowledge of blockchain security and smart contract auditing.
Experience building or contributing to production Web3 applications.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
