About The Role
We’re looking for an elite Business Development leader to own Fun.xyz’s go-to-market efforts in iGaming. You will own a portfolio of key casinos, cultivate executive-level partnerships, and turn relationships into revenue.
You’ll work directly with our Head of BD, acting as a force-multiplier for Fun.xyz’s growth. This role is ideal for someone currently in a senior sales or BD role at a payments or infrastructure company serving iGaming operators - ready to bring their network and expertise to a high-velocity startup.
What You’ll Do
- Own Strategic Relationships: Leverage deep, existing connections with decision-makers at Stake.com, Shuffle, Roobet, and other leading iGaming operators to open doors, influence roadmaps, and drive adoption of Checkout
- Lead Full-Cycle BD: Run high-touch enterprise deals from sourcing to close — including needs discovery, solution design, negotiation, and integration
- Shape the GTM Playbook: Translate market intel into product insights, help craft our vertical strategy, and refine messaging to resonate with iGaming operators and product leaders
- Travel the World: Represent the company at industry events, partner summits, and operator forums — always with a focus on credibility and value creation
- 5+ years of enterprise sales, BD, or partnerships experience — with a proven record of closing high-value deals
- 3+ years of direct experience in iGaming, ideally with a payments provider or infrastructure company serving iGaming
- Active relationships with decision-makers at top operators
- Strong understanding of iGaming business models, payment challenges, and user acquisition levers
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills — able to engage executives, founders, and product leaders with equal credibility
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth startup
- Experience with crypto and startups
- Familiarity with KYC/AML, compliance, and risk management in iGaming
- You have a large network of iGaming executives
- You care about optimizing every detail of the sales process
- You don’t code, but you understand technology and love product
- You’re a self-starter and can make progress with little oversight
- You put in the effort required to win
