The Business Development Manager will be a pivotal member of our Orange Domains Web Identity team, responsible for identifying, pursuing, and nurturing key partnership opportunities within the Web3 landscape. This role demands a deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 identities, decentralized applications (dApps), and the broader Web3 ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a passion for driving innovation in the digital space.
What You'll Do:
- Reporting and Analysis - Track, analyze, and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to optimize strategies and drive results.
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification - Conduct in-depth market research to identify partners, and new business opportunities within the Web3 sector.
- Partnership Development - Cultivate and manage relationships with strategic partners, blockchain projects, decentralized platforms, and other stakeholders to drive collaboration and business growth.
- Strategic Planning - Develop and execute strategic initiatives to expand our presence in the Web3 ecosystem, including joint ventures, alliances, and collaborations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and finance, to align business development efforts with company goals and initiatives.
- Thought Leadership - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to showcase our expertise and build our reputation within the Web3 community.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience (2+years) in business development, partnership management, or sales within the blockchain/Web3 industry.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology,Web3 identities, DeFi, cryptocurrencies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications.
- Strong network within the Web3 ecosystem and a track record of successful partnerships or collaborations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and adapt to evolving industry trends.
