Web3 Content Designer (Product Team)

You’ll think beyond words — using content strategy, information architecture, and UX principles to make complex systems feel simple and human. Bring a content lens to the UX design process, collaborating with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to shape product experiences from concept through delivery. WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, UX Design, or a related field. Atleast 3 years of experience as a UX writer, content designer, or similar role. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and user behavior. Portfolio showcasing UX writing and content design work with measurable impact on user experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate complex problems, perform discovery, and learn quickly. 

Nice to have:

Experience in the financial services industry, particularly annuities, mutual funds, or life insurance. Proven track record of simplifying technical or complex workflows for digital interfaces.
