Position Description

 
We’re hiring a design lead to help shape the next phase of Gnosis Guild’s work. You’ll lead design across multiple ventures and brands (e.g. Zodiac, Enclave, Gnosis Guild), define the visual and experiential language of our products, and grow a small but high-leverage design team.
 
We’re early-stage and experimental by nature, so you’ll be working closely with engineers, researchers, and product leads from idea formation through to execution and iteration. We’re looking for a generalist designer that is comfortable moving between brand and product work, and excited to help shape not just how our products look, but how they feel and function for users.
 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead design across multiple ventures from 0 → 1
  • Work fluidly across product design, brand, UX/UI, and marketing touchpoints
  • Design and oversee websites, docs, and other marketing and communication surfaces
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, product leads, and researchers
  • Grow and mentor a small but high-impact design team


Requirements

 

  • 3+ years of professional design experience across product and brand
  • Thoughtful design philosophy and leadership approach
  • Proficiency or openness to experimenting with AI-assisted design workflows
  • Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills
  • A founder mindset with an ability to innovate on product direction
  • A network of other designers and collaborators
  • Comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and fast-evolving project scopes
