The Opportunity Drift is looking for a brand designer to take charge of our branding across all communication channels — from social campaigns to launching new products. Key Responsibilities

Develop, elevate, and evolve Drift’s brand identity and expression Work closely with Product and Marketing Teams to establish how Drift’s visual identity is strategically expressed across all experiences Lead branding projects across all communication channels from concept to production Develop flexible design systems, guidelines, and templates that scale Collaborate with teams across the company to bring initiatives and new products to market Help lead and creatively direct external collaborators to ensure consistency across all experiences

Qualifications

Outstanding portfolio of relevant work Excellent visual design and typography skills Curiosity and willingness to understand the core mechanics of our product and DeFi Proven ability to collaboratively iterate on design concepts and deliver designs in a fast-paced environment Strong presentation, storytelling, and communication skills Good knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

Nice to Have

Understanding of perpetual futures, options, margin trading and derivatives products. Demonstrated experience designing for DeFi, trading or financial related products Experience in animation/motion graphics, illustration, photography, coding, writing, or other specialist skillset
