THE WORK:

We are looking for a strategic Brand Designer who pays attention to detail. As a member of the Brand Studio, you'll collaborate across teams to develop brand experiences with Ripple and XRP—from concept through completion—translating concepts into compelling visual work that solves unique challenges.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design brand touchpoints from concept to completion across digital, physical, and live experiences
  • Contribute to defining and evolving the brand identity, ensuring cohesion across all applications
  • Simplify abstract concepts through thoughtful design solutions
  • Curate brand systems with attention to clarity, composition, and coherence
  • Create and maintain brand design libraries and documentation
  • Navigate concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment through communication and prioritization
  • Exchange honest, respectful feedback with teammates
  • Find opportunities to improve design processes and workflows

WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 

  • 4+ years of experience in brand design with a portfolio demonstrating range across graphic design, web, motion, typography, physical builds, apparel, and visual storytelling
  • Portfolio, website, or links to work (with access and viewing instructions)
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (specialized skills e.g., motion, illustration a plus)
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to balance creative vision with practical execution
  • Collaborative with producers, program managers, marketers, and cross-functional teams
  • Quick learner who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapts as priorities shift
  • Open-minded approach to design challenges
  • Proactive learning and skill development
For positions that will be based in NY, the annual salary range for this position is below. Actual salaries may vary based on numerous factors including, among other things, an individual applicant’s experience and qualifications for the position. This range does not include equity or additional compensation, such as bonuses or commissions. 
NY Annual Base Salary Range
$112,000—$120,000 USD

  • Ensuring that the brand's visual identity is consistent across all touchpoints and marketing materials
  • Participating in client presentations and pitches for new business
  • Staying up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices
